A family business founded in 1967 by Adelardo Pons Pons, after learning the trade working at La Menorquina and La Tropical.
His son Bartolomé Pons Pons learned the trade from his father at a young age and was thus able to continue with the business together with some of his brothers and other workers.
Currently, his daughter, Carolina Pons Cardona and his son-in-law Oscar Fernández González, are taking over from him, continuing with the essence of the family business.
They make handmade pastry products, such as their classic Tortada d'ametlla; pastries, such as croissants, ensaimadas, chuchos... among others, and bakery products, such as brioxes and cubanitos.
