Our essentially family company was founded in 1970; it started as a simple butcher’s where the most typical cold cuts from Menorca were prepared, providing meat from the island and using the traditional cut of the meat as it’s selling point.

As the years have passed, we have gone on to grow and modernize both our point of sale and installations, adapting to the current sanitary regulations. Today we have the necessary sanitary record to commercialize our products in the whole of Spain.

Our company concept continues to be our direct service with our customers, delivering a traditional cut of all types of meat, including chicken, pork, lamb, beef etc. We prepare our own products, for example sausages, traditional Menorcan sausages known as “sobrasada” and “carn i xulla”, in addition to homemade meat skewers, hamburgers, stuffed chicken, meatballs etc.

For more than 12 years we have also implanted a section of readymade meals with airtight sealing which we sell in our shop and in various supermarkets on the island. In addition, we specialize in providing services to distributors, such as bars, restaurants, lunch rooms etc. We adapt to the demands of our clients, by offering personalized products.
